Our 2 step process kills ALL the mold, not just what you see, and then inhibits it from returning. We also provide a 2 year limited warranty, which will transfer to a home buyer upon sale. Our assessments and results are proven with independent laboratory analysis, and our products are EPA and FDA registered safe. You can leave food out on the table, papers on your desk, plants in their places, and it's all safe. We also provide the best waterproofing and crawlspace encapsultion services in WNC, to stop the causes of mold growth.

"i Elicia, thank you for stating your concerns. Our warranty provides that in the event of a treatment being shown ineffective, we will treat the property again for free for one year. Of course the warranty has terms and conditions, one of which is that the humidity level inside the space be kept at or below 60% relative humidity. After making our follow up inspection, it was clear that this had not happened, but nonetheless, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and treated it a second time at no charge. Following that, you continued to demand that we refund your money. Our warranty terms clearly state that prior to giving a refund we will treat the property a third time. You have produced no evidence to show that the second treatment was not effective. In the course of investigating this matter, we discovered a 3? x 3? hole in the side of your house. This hole was not evident to us in the beginning due to all your walls being covered from the floor to the peak of the cathedral ceiling with cloth tapestries. The presence of hidden conditions like this also void your warranty. Your claims about us damaging circuit breakers in your house while using our equipment there are simply absurd. The only equipment we plug into outlets in our customers houses is quite standard factory made equipment, including air compressors, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and fans. None of these would do any harm to a circuit breaker. If the breaker tripped, it simply could be reset. If it needed to be replaced after that, it would be due to some defect in the breaker, not caused by our equipment. Our process is highly effective against all types of mold. Penicillium aspergillis is the most common problem mold in our region, and we nearly always get over 99% kill results when we treat it under proper conditions (including no holes in exterior walls.) We treated you with courtesy and respect, as we do everyone, not just our customers. Sadly, I cannot say the same about your communications with us, and we have all of those well documented. We offer the best warranty in this business, but all warranties come with reasonable and necessary terms and conditions. You did not meet those, but we gave you the benefit of the doubt and went above and beyond nonetheless. In return, what we got from you was baseless accusations of damage to your house, threatening to sue us, and to ruin our reputation if we didn?t refund your money. Take this matter to court if you wish. We stand ready to prove our case. We do great work, we stand behind it, and we also stand by the terms and conditions clearly stated in our contracts."
"Thanks Ali, it was a long journey for sure, but glad we could get to a good result for you."
"Thanks John, glad we could help."
"Hey Larry, I appreciate your thoughts. When we come to do an inspection on a house with suspected mold problems we try not to limit it to a simple air sample for lab testing. That is limited information that does not tell us much at all about the cause of the mold problem. Correcting the underlying cause is the main thing that needs to be done. If all you do is kill the mold thats currently there, youre just putting a bandaid over a wound with a splinter down in it, and the infection (mold) is going to come right back. We find that crawlspace of houses is the source of mold problems about 80% of the time, so I always seek to inspect the cra"
