Bryant and his team were very responsive. They came out promptly tested the air quality, brought in air scrubbers and fogged my house. They were very considerate with family health issues and did an excellent job encapsulating my basement. I would hire them again if I should encounter problems in the future.

Once we got going with the mold removal process it went great. They were able to remove the mold and prevent it from future growth in a very small space under my home. I had a previous company come out to encapsulate for moisture, they did a horrible job which was %100 corrected by NoMoldNC.

Very thorough provided detailed information to remedy our situation

I never give out bad reviews. I'm compelled to this time. I called for a simple air quality test for mold. The owner shows up and begins pushing his services for mold removal. It's not your normal sales pitch, but much more aggressive. So, he ends up talking his way into my crawlspace. He is less than 3 feet in and immediately tells me how bad it is and mentioned something about not being up to code. I ask what code are you talking about? He started backing out of that statement with some bs. That's lie number one and already one too many. Then he finally gets to installing the air quality sensors, 2 of them. I get the results back in a week and he's saying that the indoor quality is off the charts bad with a particular Spore and wants to do remediation. I tell him thanks but no. I then send the test results to another lab to get their opinion. I found out that the levels would be normal if you live in a wooded area as these spores are prevalent in wooded areas. They asked me if he took his second sample outside. I said nope. They told me there must be an outdoor sample to determine if the indoor sample is normal. Flash forward a few months, they send me a second bill for the same amount I paid them the first time. I got double billed. Now that could be accidental, but I lost all trust with the first lie. Oh yea, I had a second remediation company come in to look and they said all they could see was dead mold from remediation I did long before the NoMold guy came to my house.. be careful.

This isn't a complete review. They squeezed us in to get our house liveable until they can schedule the complete job. Some minor delays because they were busy on other projects, but when our time ran out on a rental house, they worked until 2 am on a Sunday night so we could get back in to our house. That's commitment.

Bryant and Shade were fantastic. They came out and made a thorough review of my situation (3,000 square feet building with mold everywhere), gave me a quote and started within a few days. The job required scaffolding, industrial fans and lots of physical work. It all went flawlessly. He also surprised me with three followup visits and brought in some equipment to make sure the building was dry, although this was not part of his quote. I would not be happy to have a mold problem in the future but, if I do, I'd be very happy to call Bryant again. Truly a very rewarding experience.Ro

NoMoldWNC did an amazing job on the mold assessment and remediation of our crawl space. Shade and Bryant were very flexible and quickly solved some obstacles we had with it being new construction. They also worked extremely hard to make sure that all the mold was removed, including bringing in additional help, working more days that originally planned, and making multiple trips to add additional fans and scrubbers. Shade communicated with us daily to give us updates and was so patient with the amount of work that it took to get the mold completely removed. The price for the hard work was extremely reasonable and completely worth it. Both us and our builder were very impressed and would highly recommend NoMoldWNC.

Our garage has had a musty mold problem for a few years and we finally just got tired of the smell and the thought that the air we were breathing, especially in the winter time, was not healthy for us. We contacted Pure Maintenance and Bryant, the owner, was very responsive. He scheduled an appointment for an inspection and was very prompt and courteous. It is always so nice to deal with service people who are professional, polite and thoughtful about their customer's time and schedules. Bryand and his team identified our problem and scheduled a convenient time to treat not only the garage but the duct work and I guess the whole HVAC system and interior spaces. We had to be gone for several hours but even when we returned the only lingering odor was a slight scent of vinegar which faded within a day. We had no reoccurrence of the mildewy smell in the garage and we feel much better knowing that the products they used are safe for us and for the environment. I would definitely recommend Pure Maintenance to anyone I know of who is experiencing difficulties with mold or mildew. It's a pretty common problem up here in the mountains and it is nice to know that there are steps you can take to breathe the clear mountain air inside your home as well as outside!
