OK, thought what they did was pricey, another company had quoted the same price which would have included water testing and adding the chemicals needed and vacuuming out the pool. Marked would hire again because there was not an option of maybe.

The entire team from both owners to install guys have been amazing.. I have not waited on any of them. They are very quick and helpful with answers. They work hard to treat customers like they are valued and it shows in everything they do. I could not be happier with the service!!!!

They're good. I know that they do have service available because we're going to need a new pool liner and stuff like that. I don't know if we're going to go with them or not. They're a little pricey. Their service is good and I can't complain about that. They have quality products and we've been to other places and the products are not as good as theirs. Their staff is very, very knowledgeable. They are good people to work with.

While the spa is good qualtiy and the price was good, the people who delivered my spa brought it to the site of my home construction and left it in the open garage, saying they would come back later to install. (The company had asked me to go ahead and take delivery since it was a floor model, even though the crane was not able to be there for another month.) They never returned and when I called the company they said that I told the men delivering to leave the spa there - this did not occur in any fashion. They considered their part of the contract fulfilled even though both myself and my general contractor questioned the delivery men who assured us they would return. When my general contractor installed the spa himself at substantial further cost to me, we found that not all the proper equipment was with the spa. I called 7 times asking for the piece I needed. I was told rudely that everything was delivered and they had no further business with me. I then called the manufacturer, Sundance, who said that Asheville Pool and Spa had been removed as one of their providers. Sundance shipped me exactly what I needed, it was a small part, and set me up with another provider to maintain my spa.

Asheville Pool and Patio was extremely thorough and complete. We had bought the house from someone who thought it unnecessary to grout the pavers of the pool deck, so the pavers were loose and the cracks were filling up with dirt and weeds. They were completely cleaned before polymeric sand was placed in all of the cracks. The anchors for the safety cover were drilled through the pavers and underlying concrete and the resulting job looked great. I was very impressed with their punctuality and their professionalism.

They did an excellent job.This group of guys are very professional and efficent and they really know there stuff.
