Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

"I incorrectly thought an alarm was malfunctioning.  First Detect Security responded immediately and very patiently worked through the situation with me until we found the problem.  What seemed to be an erratic alarm message was, in fact, a voice from a smoke detector warning me of a low battery.  Anytime I've had reason to call First Detect Security, they have responded quickly to solve whatever was afoot.  
BTW, a month later, some burnt toast set that same smoke detector off and two hook-and-ladder firetrucks were at my house in minutes.  The crew chief said to me, "You have a very good alarm system."  Indeed!

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
