They were professional and very knowledgeable. In addition, they were honest as to what needed to be done. I thought I needed numerous heads replaced. After checking all 36 heads, they determined I only needed 2 heads. The problem with the other heads is they were buried too deep and the bottom of the spray head was not clearing the ground and that was the cause of the appearance of leaking. They kept me informed throughout the process, educating me as to how the system worked. In addition, they adjusted all the heads to make them more efficient so as to not waste water on the driveway and street. I asked them is there anyway they can adjust the heads so heads so my flower beds along the house could be watered. In a snap they had it set up perfectly. I am really pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge, honesty, and integrity. The company who installed the system and had done some repairs also charged by the hour and they took numerous breaks, and I feel confident did unnecessary work. I highly recommend this company.
