I recently hired Delta Communications to mount my TV, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The technician arrived on time and came prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. They took great care in positioning the TV exactly where I wanted it and made sure everything was level and secure. The cable management was clean and tidy, giving the installation a polished, professional look. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was completely satisfied with the placement before finishing up. They also took the time to test everything and ensure the TV was working properly. The quality of work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair. David Campbell and Dillon of Delta Communications Inc. did an outstanding job installing our new TV over our fireplace and setting it up for us! I called in the morning to let them know our TV had been delivered and they came within an hour on the very same day to begin the installation. They were quick, efficient, and so knowledgable! Not to mention very professional, polite, and courteous. Very reasonable price for the work they did!!!! We couldn't have asked for better service. Incredible service and experience. Very reasonable pricing. I already had TVs installed on wall mounts and concealed wiring, but painters had had just disconnected everything and took off the wall, then rehung TV and did not reconnect anything. This was a 2 man job just for lifting and beyond what I could do on my own. The Delta team not only rehung the TV and reconnected everything, but also cleaned up the wiring behind the TV with mounting surge protectors and the universal hub. Repeated this process in the living room as Master Bedroom. Can you believe some companies quoted me over $1000 for this simple 1 hour job. Believe me I’ll be using Delta Communications for all my audio/visual installation and trouble shooting needs.

Contacted me extremely quickly, less than 15 minutes after I requested a quote. Quote was provided right during that phone conversation and was what I paid in the end (some contractors find some extra fees they charge on top of the original quote, not here). Showed up on time and was prepared e.g. had a blanket to cover the floor, vacuum cleaner to clean up the dirt, etc). Work (unmount and mount 2 TV's) was done in less than an hour. Both TV's hang where I would consider the best spots to be. He made sure for me to look at both TV's and asked my if I was satisfied (again, some contractors can't wait to leave after there're done, not here, customer satisfaction obviously matters to them). I have 100% satisfaction and would use this company again for sure.
