We hired Piazza Home Inspections to help give us peace of mind with a new home we are buying in Rocky Mount, NC. As out of state buyers, we needed a reputable, honest and experienced home inspector. From the corners of the crawlspace, to the eves of the attic, a professional and fine tuned vision was used to point out the unique charm of our new southern home, and the repairs needed to update and remodel our home. Joe has given us his professional opinion, encouraging us to prioritize the most important issues first. Since we live in Massachusetts, Joe made arrangements for a Zoom meeting to review our home inspection report. We received a comprehensive report that included clear photos, detailed notes and descriptions of necessary repairs.
