Gave them half the money upfront as agreed with the other half upon completion. A few days in, he literally begged for more money through text to finish the project. I was not pleased with that but needed it done so I gave him an extra $2000 upfront. A couple days later he told me it was going to be $3000 over what we agreed on in his contract and he needed it up front. I was furious at this point and asked him to leave. He then threw a hamburger on the worksite that my wife had just given him from a family cookout we were having and sped off recklessly. I had multiple contractors come out to give me estimates on finishing the job and they were all blown away by all the mistakes made. Rebar was sitting on the ground and against the form walls. Supposed to be 3â away per NC inspector. Was supposed to be 12â x 12â footers all the way around the back section was as deep as 48â and 36â wide!! It is now going to cost me even more because everything has to be redone. He will be your best friend up front but that will changeâ ¦.

Bryan and the Noguera Construction team did a fantastic job of getting my 1.5 acre property cleared of all the fallen, rotted, and withering trees plus creating river rock beds around the entire perimeter of the house with stone edging. The before and after is amazing. I now have a safe and usable backyard for my family to enjoy plus a property that exudes curb appeal instead of a jungle forest. I have already referred Noguera Construction to others and am looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

From start to finish great communication and work done. Will definitely call for other projects.

Bryan and his team was able to come out quickly to begin working on cutting out a doorway for our cellar so it would be accessible from the outside. We also had him remove water damaged junk from the space, built a beautiful lattice door for the frame he cut, and replace an old interior door with drywall. While his team was working, they noticed extensive water damage/rot in the walls and Bryan was able to quickly give me a reasonable quote for replacing all of the damaged wood, including a major support beam for the house. The full team was able to get out the next day and complete the work. During the entire project Bryan was on top of communications and getting my input whenever needed while providing his professional opinion. He and his team clearly take pride in their work and I will definitely be hiring them again for future concrete, framing, and landscaping projects!

My experience was great. Bryan came out the same day of contacting for a quote and provided fair pricing as well as ideas to maximize my budget. Iâ m more than satisfied with the outcome of my stamped patio and paved trash pad. Thank you for the great work, the workers work friendly and quick!
