"He was unable to place the ventilator outside of my bathroom. He told me there was not enough room in my attic for them to install it there, but he could put it on the roof. He told me that was a normal process also and he would fix it so there was no leaking when it rained even though it was on the roof. I agreed and requested he make sure it was sealed to the roof so it would not be a leak, and he agreed and when finished stated there should never be a leak."

"I put in a request for a heat pump that wasn't cooling correctly. Raymond called me quickly and was able to come out the next day. A complete check showed we needed a whole new system. He showed us the mold and fungus growing in the condenser too! He gave us options on the brands with their respective prices. He was able to come back two days later. He finished the job in 1 day including building a cement platform for the condenser unit and installing a u/v system to keep the mold from growing again. Our new system works great and we have already signed on for him to do the yearly maintenance on it. I highly recommend RPS for all your HVAC needs."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

It’s not fast, but you can tightly seal items and store them away for at least a few months, preferably an entire year. Bed bugs can’t survive that long without eating. However, this method takes significantly longer than other common eradication methods like heat treatments, steaming, or fumigation, so it’s not a first choice for homeowners.

You can find a reputable flea exterminator by vetting qualified pest control professionals in your area, interviewing multiple pros to find the right one. Avoid pest control scams by selecting an experienced and insured professional. Licensing is usually required when applying flea-related pesticides, although exact requirements vary by state, and a good exterminator will be happy to show you copies of their certification.

Allowing wolf spiders to reside in your home can have benefits, as they serve as natural exterminators, preying on insects and pests that could become problematic. Their presence can help keep your residence relatively free of nuisance insects such as flies, ants, and cockroaches, reducing the need for chemical pesticides. Wolf spiders are generally not hostile towards humans, and their bites, although painful, usually don't result in a significant medical concern. If you can coexist peacefully with these spiders and recognize their role in maintaining a balanced ecosystem within your household, they can contribute to a healthier and pest-reduced environment.

While you don’t have to fully evacuate your home after a bed bug treatment, you will have to stay out of the treated rooms (or the whole home) for at least four to five hours after treatment. In most cases, you can return to sleeping on your existing mattress and use your existing furniture, but it’s best to confirm this with a bed bug pro.

Some birds of prey, like owls, hunt at night. Hawks are diurnal and need good light to see their prey. You could see them circling anytime from dawn to dusk. Species like the common red-tailed hawk are most active in the early morning and late evening when their prey is also typically on the go.
