I asked a lot of different questions and he was kind enough to take several minutes to answer my questions and explain additional information to me so that I could make an informed decision. We decided to move forward with installing a second zone for the second floor in our two-story home, and Raymond was able to schedule the work within the week. Raymond was prompt and showed up at the times he said he would and completed the work in a professional manner. He put down tarps over our carpet so his trips in and out of the house did not cause any issues for our carpets. The fit and finish of the finished product looks professional, and even took an extra 30 minutes to show me his work, explain how it all works, and discussed various strategies for how I could/should operate my heating and air-conditioning system with this new second zone installed. "Jose was a professional and did a good job with the installation. The only thing that was bothersome was the he tried to get us to pay for work that he did not actually complete. He quoted us to be able to vent out our microwave but it turns out he could not complete the work due to where the microwave was placed, but he still wanted us to pay him for the full quote when all he did was actually install. That was a bit disappointing, otherwise he was fine."
