- Boundary Zone IncI needed interval stakes to identify the property line for a fence project. I called three surveyors and Boundary Zone was the only one to respond. When I was looking for companies, I noted others with the same comment. I described my need and he explained what I needed based on my plot information. I agreed to the price and the job was completed within a week. An email came shortly after with a link to pay through PayPal - very convenient
- Rowles Land Surveying, PLLCMr. Rowles surveyed my property last year and did an excellent job (review posted on Angie's List) and so I asked him to "post it" this year to prevent hunters and trespassers from using the property without my permission. He marked the property with metal signs and purple paint (legal in NC in lieu of additional signs) every 20 to 50 feet. Once again he did an excellent job - I walked with him the entire way. It took approximately 4-5 hours to post the property and his work ethics continue to exceed all my expectations (resurveying the property to make sure the area was well-posted). He is a pleasure to work with. FYI - I offered to purchase the signs and purple paint, which I did (he showed me where to purchase the signs, nails, and paint)

The company owner (Tim) was very helpful on the phone and the crew came earlier than promised (a good thing) because of weather delays to other jobs. The crew was informative, polite, and efficient. The basic survey without the map and digital data would have been in the range of $100 to 150 I was told. We wanted the map and data so we were happy to pay the extra charge. We were pleased with the entire experience and would use Newcomb again

Danny performed the survey while I was out of town on business but I could clearly discern my property line. Danny did a great job of marking my property with ties and stakes especially in the areas of special interest to me. I was very satisfied with the work

- BARTRAM LAND SURVEYWhen doing survey found an error on our deed, researched the history, found the error and recommended a lawyer to amend the deed. Told me before that the extra work would be an extra $100 and was true to his word. He also provided copies of all relevant documents.
