Leo was excellent, very knowledgeable and thorough in his work! Neither of us were contacted by Angie with my code for him nor the survey. One difference was that he was able to come at approximately 11:00 am this morning rather than 2:00 pm. He did complete the job, but no money was paid.And yes, I would most definitely hire him again!

I have to give a shout out to finish pros and Dan McKenzie and his team… I had a piece of furniture from the 1800s that was very sentimental to me as it was given to me after my godmother passed away. They restored the piece of furniture that was worn and faded back to its original look. It looks brand new! I could not be more happy with the outcome. Not to mention, Their service is top-notch. if you are looking for a company to restore your piece of furniture, give them a try. They are an A+ company with reasonable prices. Of all the companies we contacted, Finish Pros was the only one that actually sent reps here to measure everything. Dan & Kat wore masks, were thorough and knowledgeable, and instilled trust from the start. And the results did not disappoint: skilled workmanship, high quality. Well done, team!

Was late and raised the price after the fact.

Finish Pros did a great job reupholstering our barstools. The faux leather seat cushions that came with the stools were de-laminating and looked terrible. We had them re-done in commercial grade vinyl of the type used in restaurant chairs and hospital waiting room chairs. They turned out beautifully, and look brand new. Better than new, actually -- they should last decades in normal at-home use. I would definitely use them again the next time we need furniture repair or upholstery.

Antique sofa reupholstered. From pick up to delivery it took three weeks. Fully satisfied with fabric selection matching seems overall look of sofa.

They did a beautiful job.

The large double-sink vanity in MB had terrible splatters from hair color that seemed to have penetrated the wood. I contacted a company that specialized in refinishing and restoring, via My Messages on Angie’s List. I described my problem and sent photos. Their response was that they could not do the work (I think it was because the job was too small). However, they did recommend a company called Finish Pros. I read reviews for Finish Pros and decided to contact them, including photos of my vanity. A Finish Pros representative contacted me. He said that most of their work involves much larger jobs, e.g. refinishing entire kitchen cabinets, but he would like to schedule an evaluation of my vanity. The evaluation was scheduled for 06/29/2016 between 1130 and 1230. Ben arrived and took a look at the problem. Because the problem areas seemed to be confined to the doors and drawers and some of the filler panels of the vanity, they could remove those items and work on them off-site in their shop. Pick-up of the doors, drawers, etc. was scheduled for 0900 on 07/05/2016. Everything went smoothly and on time. The items to be refinished were removed and wrapped in padded material. On 07/26 the newly-refinished doors, drawers, etc. were reinstalled. I had asked Ben earlier if knobs/handles could be installed on the refinished items. He said OK, I should just supply them when the technicians came for the reinstallation and they would put the knobs at that time. Cost was $5/knob. The newly-refinished items looked great and it made my entire vanity look brand new. I am very grateful to have found a company that would take on such a small job and treat me and my home with as much respect and consideration as though it was a much larger job. We will definitely consider them for refinishing our kitchen cabinets and a much-beloved sideboard. Total cost: $1174

Most of the other companies I consulted said that the water damage was too great to fix; the cabinets had to be repainted. Not so. Bob did an excellent job. The cabinets look like new again. I am thrilled! I would highly recommend them. Detailed oriented, experienced, professional. I would definitely use them again!

Perfect and I intend to use again

Their workmanship left me speechless. The Bernhardt table, two leaves, and eight dining chairs looked absolutely gorgeous. They preserved the intricate detail and refinished with an appropriate stain to keep the high end appearance associated with purchasing custom furnishings. I will have additional pieces refinished in the near future.

The FinishPros crew was excellent to work with and truly delivered the quality they pride themselves on. We had existing cabinets refinished as well as a newly-installed range hood and island extension. We had multiple meetings to discuss their offerings, colors, plans, and different thoughts we had in planning for the final deliverable. Ben was very helpful in talking us through the process and timelines. Their "test panel" is key to making sure you like everything before the crew comes out. We found that the paint we selected for our island was not the color we wanted. The FinishPros team was able to get a rush delivery in another color at the eleventh hour to ensure we were happy with the final results. Their teams were prompt and professional. They were very diligent in prep and ensuring that the only materials painted were the cabinets. Their process was fast (3 days) and really minimized the impact on our family. They also filled and replaced our hardware - you cannot tell a different piece was originally in place. Overall, a great company to work with and we are very pleased with the results.
