I needed interval stakes to identify the property line for a fence project. I called three surveyors and Boundary Zone was the only one to respond. When I was looking for companies, I noted others with the same comment. I described my need and he explained what I needed based on my plot information. I agreed to the price and the job was completed within a week. An email came shortly after with a link to pay through PayPal - very convenient

The work was done quickly and very well. They identified the existing iron markers and added several more for us because our farm is adjacent to my uncle's farm and he had generally disregarded the dividing line. The surveyor let me trail after him for a while and explained what he was doing and how it was being done. He was very professional and did exactly what we needed done. The farm is just outside Angier, NC at 5436 Highway 55 West, just past Ennis Road and just before Mabry Road. It's out in the middle of nowhere

I called a couple of local surveyors and liked the Boundary Zone folks the best. They are real professionals and worked us into their schedule in a timely manner. The gentleman who came to our house was very professional and very pleasant and very patient as he explained the process and corner points to me. With a little hunting he found all of the corners including one that was marked with a nail in the sidewalk. I chuckled over that. Since he had the other 3 corners he knew about where to look and so discovered the nail. Many of the new developments in North Carolina went up rather quickly and some developers were more careful than others. Then he carefully measured the structures on the property like the house and fences, etc. He was very thorough and did a walk through with me so I would see the well marked corners and understand the property lines. We received the plat map the next week. I would highly recommend this local Boundary Zone to anyone. Our job was small and residential. I have no doubt that their skill and professionalism extends to larger jobs they do. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, the professionalism of their staff and the response time start to finish. They provide and excellent service at a fair price. In fact, their price was lower than others I saw for the same service. I would highly recommend them to everyone

When doing survey found an error on our deed, researched the history, found the error and recommended a lawyer to amend the deed. Told me before that the extra work would be an extra $100 and was true to his word. He also provided copies of all relevant documents.

My realtor recommended them. They were very thorough and did a very good survey. They noted all of the points on the property. They were very accurate and the price was good. They answered my questions and got the survey in a good timeframe. I would definitely use them again.

I was not living there, and they were accomodating enough to show up when I could not be there, and do the work. All lines were clearly marked and let me know where the property lines really were on the property I had just purchased.

Called for an appointment on a Friday and someone came out the following Monday. Receptionist was extremely nice. I wasn't home when they arrived but someone called to let me know they were about to arrive. I payed with Paypal the following day but I could have left a check or cash hidden somehwere, or called to charge a credit/debit card

Boundary Zone responded to my inquiry quickly and were able to schedule the survey the next business day. I was putting on an addition and needed an inspection that required a foundation survey, and I needed it done quickly so as to not hold up the work.

Service went extremely smoothly. I called on a Wednesday, and left a message. They called back Thursday morning and we scheduled for the following Tuesday. Promptly arrived at the 8:30 appointment time. The gentleman providing the service was very friendly and upon completion, showed me where all of the points were. Would deal with them again

Matt was professional, and was very responsive from the time of our initial inquiry to when we received our survey. He was willing to answer all our questions, which was of utmost importance to us. He also worked in the sweltering heat, and was very thorough.

"Excellent! Boundary Zone came the next day after I accepted their quote. They provided a much more detailed survey than I was expecting. I would definitely hire them again."
"Excellent communications. Came on day and time as promised. Encountered hardships finding original surveyor stakes due to tree roots overgrown. Professional attitude and demeanor. Prefers small projects as opposed to big housing developments."

"I left several calls for surveyors, and Boundary Zone was the only one who responded in a timely manner. In fact, I think they were the only one that responded, so that's a minus for everyone else. They scheduled me within a reasonable amount of time, and showed up when promised. They marked the boundary where I expected it to be, so I assume they did it right. Here's my complaint: I was interested in discussing moving one boundary with my neighbor. I told him this in the original phone conversation. I asked him to put a stake about 20' into my neighbor's property, and 20' into mine to facilitate our conversation. OK, I understand that it might be a problem for him to put a stake on the property without the owner's explicit permission. But he refused without giving that or any other reason. Then I said, OK, can you put a stake exactly halfway along the line between our properties, exactly the line he was surveying anyway. Then he copped an attitude and said "YOU can do that, but I certainly won't". He didn't say, "yes, for another $50" or "no, I'm sorry I can't do that. The reason is X". The reason I bring this up now, several months later, is that I'm finally bringing in the fencing company. One of the markers is missing. I'm pretty sure it's NOT their fault. My bad luck -- I have to pay for another survey. Bad luck (or karma) for Boundary Zone, too, because no way will I being calling them. I left a message for another guy today, he called back almost immediately (I felt a little bad, because it's Labor Day), will be here in three days, and charges $50 less. So I would say, if you are in a jam to get a standard survey done quickly, and no one else is available, go for it. They will probably do it right. But if those aren't your circumstances, find someone who will at least pretend that they value your business.

"We have 2 issues and needed to know property lines. I contacted them directly through Angie's list and got a call 15 minutes later. He said he likes to give Angie list members priority. We now know where a fence can be placed and who 20 overgrown Leland Cyprus trees belong to in order to ultimately take take.
