The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. "Quick response when contacted for an estimate for deck replacement. A start date was agreed to and initial work was started as scheduled. We had a couple of days delay during the replacement due to city inspections being performed. When removing the old deck, some wood rot was found and wood and shingle replacement was made. On completion, the crew cleaned up the back yard and side yard, much appreciated. The deck looks very nice!
