Went very easily and quickly. Arrived when they said they would. Checked other things also to make sure that was all that was needed. Very professional.

Price was reasonable. Installation was fairly quick. Initial installation had wiring issue that caused the fan to trip a safety switch, but was repaired upon the return visit.

They were so busy, because it was so cold, with people with furnaces. What was nice about them is the part was 4 days past warranty, so they replaced it for free and had somebody they recommended to come in and installed it, because they were so busy. They gave me the part for free, so I paid the other individual to install it.

They did a good job. They were responsive, thorough, professional and left the area clean when the work was done. 

It went well. They were very prompt. We would hire them again.

The furnace I have is 20+ years old, but has not been used day in and day out. It quit producing any airflow, let alone warm air. I called and they were able to get a service person to my place within 2 hours. The guy checked it out and it turned out to be a small, inexpensive part that was needed. He said the furnace was in great condition otherwise. He was sincere, honest, and I will call White Heating and Air Conditioning if I ever need anything like that again.

It went very well.  I asked them to be very careful of our hard wood floors and they really were.  That giant vacuum thing that cleans the ducts is on wheels and I have left grooves in the floor from wheeling things around. This crew was very careful and there were NO marks on our floors.
They also discovered that the original air-conditioner was not grounded and they arranged, for a small additional fee, to have a ground installed for us so the new one doesn't accidentally kill us.
They were courteous, prompt, worked to a good stopping spot on the first day, and of course, they were very friendly.
Curt came about a week after to check over the work and see how it went.
I had asked for the heater to vent to the side of the house, and I realized by the time Curt White, the owner,  came, that I had made a mistake.  The furnace makes a small whistling sound as it vents, and where I had asked to have it vented, I could hear it all the time.  Also, it creates a small fog that constantly blows past our patio door.  So, I asked if it could be moved.  It can, the holes they bored though our foundation can be capped, and it can vent out the far side of the house.  I offered to pay and Curt offered to fix it for free if I could wait for a down time.  I said that sure works and I am sure they will get it done.
The furnace has been in for about 6 weeks now and we are very pleased.  We are especially pleased as we feel that Curt helped us to maximize all rebates by using Costco, MDU etc.  All of those were Curt's idea, we did not know they were available.  It is his area of expertise, but I think he could have made more money by not accessing all of those resources for us.  We are grateful.
I would say that as a family, we are on the pickier end of the spectrum, harder to please in general, and we are very happy.

I love these guys.  They put in my AC over the summer and just recently helped out with an aging gas fireplace insert.  
They are extremely professional and friendly and never mind extra questions.  Their prices could be lower, but you get what you pay for.

Technician was professional, installation went smoothly, and unit is running well.

They were always on time and performed the work on a professional level, which is hard to find these days.

It went great!  The person who cleaned my duct system arrived right on time.  He was very polite, removed his shoes, and asked permission before moving anything around to get at the vents.  I work out of my house and he forewarned me that the machine is noisy at times and asked if there was a convenient time frame to do the area of my home by my office.  He conducted himself with the utmost of professionalism the entire time and even completed the job earlier than anticipated.  My house smells fresher, cleaner, and there has been a noticeably less dust... even months afterwards!

These guys are always professional and have the expertise to care for your A/C and Heating!  Have used their service for some time now and truly appreciate them.

They did excellent job, they did a complete check of A/C , changed filter y put freon! Very happy with the job! My house is completly cool.

White installed forcesd air ductwork and an air-to-air heat pump with gas backup in our home that previously only had electric baseboard heat and no A/C.  They were professional and the system works great.

My blower motor went out on my furnace on morning.  I called White and someone was out within a few hours.  After looking at my furnace they told me that the part I needed would take two to three days to get here and it would be priced comparable to installing a new furnace.  Another employee came by and went through all the options with me and answered all my questions.  The furnace installers were scheduled for two days later.  It was in a very cold part of the year and White supplied me with 3 space heaters that someone had to return to the shop and get.  They came in prompt on the scheduled day installed my furnace and cleaned my ducts.  When I went into to check the work you could barely tell anyone had been here but the house smelled fresher than it had the whole time I lived her.  It was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made.
