- JRB Construction IncUnfortunately the job took longer than anticipated but considering it was the middle of October when they started we had some weather to deal with. They also ran into problems that couldn’t be seen and that Jeff didn't ignore and just cover up. Once the old siding was removed areas of dry rot were found that needed to be fixed before going any further. There was also a gap in the foundation between the original house and the addition that had to be filled to prevent water from running into the crawlspace under the addition. We had hoped the old insulation, what there was of it from 1949, could be replaced without removing all of the outer wall covering but that wasn't possible. It was found that all of the windows that were installed when the vinyl siding was put on weren't anchored, they were just held in with caulking, so they had to be put in properly before the new siding could be put on. Also, the doors that were put in then weren't installed properly so that too had to be fixed. There was tile on the floor in front of the front door and while fixing that door Jeff broke one of the tiles. He was very apologetic, but I told him I was glad he broke one. I hated that tile but didn’t have a real valid reason to replace it. It just no longer went with the carpet we had installed back in 2015 due to major water damage after repairs were done due to hail damage - that work was NOT done by JRB but by someone my insurance company recommended so I had to hire JRB to fix that. The whole project took a little over 2 months but we are extremely satisfied. After this last cold snap we noticed that the furnace didn't run nearly as much as it did last winter, and the house is much warmer so we are very happy we did the insulation. They also found that some of the gutters needed to be replaced. Rocky Mountain Gutters was contracted to do that. We are very happy with the work that JRB did and our house now looks like a new house

The cabinets and countertops she suggested complimented our flooring and fit our tastes perfectly! She was available for any questions we had during the process. - Tom Edwards ConstructionTom was great to work with. He has great attention to detail which takes a little more time, but gives you fantastic results. He was open to the changes my wife requested. The job entailed a lot of crown molding and other detail. His work is impeccable. He showed up at 9 am every weekday morning. This was nice. It gave us a chance to get going and have coffee in the morning before the work commenced. One Friday morning he asked to start at 8 am. This gave him more time to get the kitchen ready for as much use as possible for the weekend. The room was always isolated from the rest of the house with plastic sheeting. This kept and construction dust out of the rest of the house. He would pick up his tools and clean the kitchen every evening before leaving. He was always friendly and willing to explain anything we had questions about. He did excellent work. We highly recommend him

Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Immediately we struggled to work with the insurance company and find a contractor. Sourcing a reliable craftsman in Bozeman’s market seemed nearly impossible, and if we didn’t get the damage fixed quickly and competently, the water was likely to cause even more damage and we may have lost our buyer.
With high praise, our realtor referred us to Peter. We were thrilled when he agreed to take on our job and ecstatic when we saw his work product was above reproach.

"I had a rotted out deck which they tore down and replaced with a new covered deck. The quality of work and materials is outstanding. I have had neighbors stop and comment on the looks of it. I got a rain storm a couple of days after being finished and I had rain coming in between the home and deck. I called Bruce about it and the next day they were over and put in a gutter and problem solved. He guarantees his work. I am so pleased with the quality of work on every aspect of the work done in my home. I also liked he gave recommendations such as for my deck. I was going to have wood spindles on the deck and he suggested a metal type rod. I was unsure about it and he told me where I could go and see what it would look like which I did and I loved it. I decided to go that route and so pleased with it. It not only looks fabulous but it will be a lot more durable than wood. My engineered flooring is so beautiful and done so well as is the tile floor in the bathroom. I don't have a single complaint about any of it...my house looks beautiful. I will use him again and already have plans for a couple more projects.

"The experience was very good. We've used them 3 different times to do 3 different jobs. They came out when they said they would. The guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took care of what needed to be done and they answered any of my questions. I haven't had any trouble. The price was fair. We would most definitely use them again.
