"WOW! Groundworks is a great, reliable company! We had the dream team, Ryan, Alejando (Alex) and Jose, working on our home. Ryan kept us informed on what was going on the during the whole project. Ryan and Alex were so reassuring of all our fears and concerns, we knew we were in good hands. Alex and Jose were so polite and talk about hard working!! All three of them went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations, saving some landscaping we didn't expect to be saved. They took great care with our landscaping and yard and did not cause any unexpected damage to any of it! They did a great job with the clean-up at the end of the job as well. These three men worked great together as a team. We were happy to see them everyday and a little sad when we said good bye."

"The guys did an excellent job in my opinion. They had to do some excavating to get down to the pipe. The complete pipe was replaced, not patched in. The septic tanked was pumped out, inspected, and an access cover was installed above the ground for future cleaning. The guy did everything to the tee that he told me he was going to do before he started. He completed the job in one day like he said he would, and he put back all the landscaping back exactly how it was to begin with. I would have Western Septic come back in a heartbeat and do any repairs that I have in the future. Super nice guy, friendly, and was very reasonably priced for all the work he performed for me. 100% satisfied, that's for sure."

"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. "Came out to fix under my sink. Replaced two fittings in less than ten minutes, didn’t check anything else. Sink is still leaking. Charged me $211 and kept telling me the whole time my house needs replumbed and it would be thousands. When I told him I wasn’t interested in doing that right now, he didn’t take anything else I said seriously. Everything from there is, “well if I have to do this I’m charging this much more.” Horrible service. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $200. As a single income parent, that’s food for a month. Problem isn’t even resolved."
