We had to wait for siding to arrive from the supplier, but once it was in the siding was completed in as just a short amount of time. The gutter crew not only replace out gutters, they added an additional downspout to take care of the runoff from a long side of the roof! Our contact person was Gavin Gleich and he was ALWAYS in touch with us giving us updates. Jack Sprague and his company have our roofing business as long as we live here in Billings!- Roger G.

It went very well. It was a pleasure working with them. They were very responsive, and answered all of our questions. The owner was very attentive and professional every step of the way. I feel that he has a great deal of integrity, which seems to be rare. It was refreshing to be treated in this manner, and not ignored as we have been in the past by many other contractors. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and in fact we will as we have several other projects to complete.

The professional service of these guys was fantastic! Tyler the salesperson Was responsive and very informative from the start to to finish. Even though they were a few dollars higher than the other bids, I felt comfortable from the start that we were being treated fairly. The crew that did the roof were very professional and did excellent work. The thing I appreciated most was how well they communicated with us from the time they came to our home to the day they finished. Leon and his crew were always courteous and kind. Our roof was not the typical roof yet it was done with excellence!

Several times we asked Peter if he had a Superman outfit hidden under his work attire. For every problem we encountered during the bathroom remodel, Peter had a solution. Every time we asked "Can we do this?" he answered "We can do whatever you want." He was so easy-going and always in a good mood. He turned a dated bathroom into a 5-star hotel experience. I had Big Sky Exterior Designs re-roof my 2000 sq.ft. house and garage due to hail damage from the August 2019 storm. The 4 man crew was qualified and efficient. I asked them if they could finish it in one day and they did. They worked from just after 7:00 am till after 9:00 pm. I was a construction inspector for many years and I know they did a really good job and kept the backyard gates closed keeping my dogs safe. I have found a few nails around the perimeter of the house but that is to be expected as it was almost dark by the time they were doing the clean up. I would definitely hire them again.
