PUNCTUALITY is Jays forte, he told us when he would be here and was always on time. He returned calls promptly and was happy to answer any questions we had. "Owner Jon McCoy came out when he said he would and looked at what we had and what we wanted to do. He also offered his own suggestions on things that could be done to make it better and more attractive. He gave us a written quote within a couple of days. He later sent his supervisor, David, out to survey the situation, and he made his own suggestions too. Although we had some minor delays and communication issues at first, we are delighted with the final work product. The owner, Jon McCoy, was at the site every day and I know they had other jobs going on at the same time. We also had some rain delays which nobody can control."
