He also offered his own suggestions on things that could be done to make it better and more attractive. He gave us a written quote within a couple of days. He later sent his supervisor, David, out to survey the situation, and he made his own suggestions too. Although we had some minor delays and communication issues at first, we are delighted with the final work product.
