This was a pleasant experience overall. Chris is responsive, diligent and polite. The work was done in a timely manner and came in on budget. I plan to use CA Construction again in the near future.

the job to extend the rear portion of our house out by 3 feet, we needed to order a replacement wall/door fixture for the back of the house, attach smoothly to the inside ceiling, and extend roof out an additional 10feet, build a foundation upon a sloping concrete patio, and enclose with brick and screen utilyzing rough and planed cypress for my inside walls and ceiling.. the work started about on time(mid july), and extended a little longer than expected(mid-late august) due to other projects that had to be completed at the same time. CA did an excellent job of understanding the project, getting the pieces of the puzzle to fit , and we finished with a house addition that is marvelous. the workers were all friendly, cooperative, and efficient. they worked h****** even the hottest days in august. i could not have envisioned this project to have turned out any better than it did.if you would like to see pictures i can provide

The project started in April and due to what was involved went about 8 weeks. Sid and his crew are very professional and committed to getting things right. They were on sight every day (5 days/week) and Sid was also present inspecting the work usually several times a day. The subcontractors that did the dry wall, brick work, cabinet work, electrical and painting were also well managed. Sid required a couple of things to be reworked that were not up to his standards. The punch list we generated about 4 weeks after completion was also handled in a very timely manner and all issues resolved to out satisfaction. I would recommend Kalos in that the commitment to getting it done and done right is better than my past experience with other contractors that start more than one project and are not there every day. I have talked to Sid several times since the completion and he has come by a couple of times to answer questions

Our home is 41 years old and we have wanted to cover our patio for years. We never could figure out how to do it because of the way the original roof line is configured. We contacted a contractor on Angie's list but he couldn't get to us for several months. We asked if he would recommend someone and he gave us Tony Mills' name and number. We consulted with Tony and he came out and took a look at our situation and we discussed different options. He then brought his framer by and together they designed a roof to cover the patio that upon completion looks like it is original to the house. There were several issues which had to be dealt with; not the least of which was a chimney which diverted water to the wrong place for our new cover. But that was taken care of by some more design work. They really did a great job. Next came the actual building of the cover. The workmen were nothing short of artists with a saw and nail gun and paintbrush and roller. No kidding! We love our new patio cover and could not be happier with Mills Family Properties. The next time we have a job that needs doing, we will definitely call Tony

Excellent work and attention to detail! Real craftsmen! It is a real delight to discover that this kind of craftsmanship still exist. Michael and Bob McAlister were a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop every step of the way. These folks are so obviously proud of their work and it shows in every detail of the job from explaining what the job entailed to the final walk through. The price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Metal Roofing Contractors to any needing metal roofing or any kind of home construction done. I added on a small job at the end of the roofing project and had a finished ceiling and porch swing added to the patio. Beautiful work and was completed in one day. I couldn't be happier with the work done by METAL ROOFING CONTRACTORS!

Jeremy first started working in my home last year. We had him take out walls in our den, and dining room. When we realized that we had found an honest, dependable and knowledgeable person in Jeremy we didn't let him go until he and his crew gutted and updated our entire home. I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and his crew. They are courteous and professional. Jeremy is a perfectionist and if he doesn't personally do the work he will inspect it and not consider it finished until he is satisfied. When I first interviewed Jeremy he told me that he would not leave a job until the customer was satisfied. He was true to his word

I am, quite unfortunately, revising my original review. Mr. Allen did indeed do a very good job on my patio; however, as stated in my original review it was very important to me, and made abundantly clear at the beginning and throughout the project to Mr. Allen, that I wanted my yard returned to its original state after the construction was completed. This did not happen. Prior to the project the yard was a sodded, level yard. After the project it was a mass of ruts and holes. Mr. Allen put down hay and assured us that the hay would seed and produce the same grass as before the construction. My husband and I were very doubtful, but willing to go on a little faith. We were wrong. We ended up with approximately 1/2 acre of ruts, holes and mud. Mr. Allen refused to correct it. I reminded him of my original requirements, but all I got was that he would have needed to charge me more to return the yard to the pre-construction state. Also, during the construction a window in the back door was broken by his crew. It was replaced, but not without damage to the door. I asked him when he was going to fix this and repaint it. His response was that he supposed he could fix it. I assumed he would fully correct any damage his crew did to my home. Clearly this was not the case. So, in the end we have a heavily damaged driveway from the construction vehicles, we've had to have the yard leveled and re-sodded, and we have a back door that needs to be repaired and repainted. The patio is lovely, once you get past the massive flooring error. Will I use Mr. Allen again? Probably not, which is unfortunate as the bulk of the project was magnificent. But..........the devils in the details. The yard should have been returned to its original state as required and made abundantly clear in the original negotiations meetings.. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Allen came to the house the first of October. I orally described what I wanted. Mr. Allen wanted Architectural plans. I said no, he said, "well ok". We agreed on a price and he began. He was well aware that the project had to be completed by the 1st of November. As prefaced for this review, I have lots of experience with builders. I expected him to be late, unprofessional, and to do things "his way." None of that happened. Mr. Allen was here nights, weekends, from before dawn to well after dark, and when he couldn't be here, his father was (a delightful man). His crew of contractors was extremely proficient. Mr. Allen took the time to actually listen to what I was saying, and conceptualize it into his work. Not only did I get exactly what I was looking for, but much more, and so much better than I had hoped for. He offered suggestions that I would never have thought of, and that were spot on for what I was looking for. He brought in people that were creative experts in their area. The stamped and stained cement floor is grossly flawed, but it was either live with it or have the entire floor torn up and the whole thing redone. The woodwork is spot on with a tongue-and-groove ceiling and Cypress beams that are lovely, as is the fireplace. So, it's the first of November and the project is done. There are of course things that have come up like doors that don't close, a back door that needs to be repaired and painted after his crew broke the window, and I required that he repair the landscaping to its original state when he was done, which we are assuming he will do. What I expected was what I had consistently experienced from all of the other builders, of which there were 14 previous, and that was that once they had their money they were gone. It does not appear that Mr. Allen will fall into their footsteps

We called and he provided an estimate however we did not chose him to do it. We did not have any other estimates to compare this to but we did not have the money to get the work done.

THIS MAN IS A FRAUD!! THIS MAN IS A FRAUD!! THIS MAN IS A FRAUD!! THIS MAN IS A FRAUD!! HE HAS ALREADY BEEN CONVICTED OF HOME REPAIR FRAUD!! STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH BENJAMIN C. WHITE. HE PRIDES HIMSELF ON BEING ON LINKEDIN WHICH IS SUCH A JOKE BECAUSE OF ALL OF HIS MADE UP TITLES. LOOK HIM UP AND STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF HIS "COMPANIES" This company - if that's what you call it - is actually one con man who falsely advertises that "they" have several locations when in actuality it is just a bunch of rented post office boxes at UPS stores. We found the place online - we were looking for someone to screen in a patio on a home we own near Jackson, MS. The website itself is misleading as is the Facebook page and now we have our eyes open to what a fraud this man really is. Yes, we should have done more background checking. We have learned a valuable lesson. LONG STORY SHORT HE TOOK OUR MONEY ($9800) AND BUILT A SUB PAR SCREENED IN PATIO WITHOUT EVER PULLING A PERMIT. HE IS UNLICENSED AND WE ARE PROSECUTING FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES. WHEN WE BALKED ON PAYING ANYMORE BECAUSE THE PROGRESS DID NOT MATCH UP WITH THE AMOUNT WE HAD PAID HE ACTUALLY THREATENED US WITH A LIEN ON OUR PROPERTY WHICH IS HYSTERICAL SINCE HE WAS PERFORMING THE WORK ILLEGALLY!! We will now have to do a total tear down to be able to pull a permit or we will be unable to insure the structure with our homeowners insurance and will have a problem when trying to sell the home. STAY AWAY FROM DECKPROS!!

I had house damage and hours works came highly recommended. They came quickly and responded to the phone calls. By the time the work was supposed to happen........NOTHING. They followed through on only one part of the project and that was after 2 weeks of waiting and several phone calls. When I called to complain my response from Houseworks was "part of this is your responsibility". I didn't like being told that the building and fixing was my responsibility. I pay my insurance and I called the right people that is where it ends when you hire someone. You don't go to a barber and cut your own hair
