Jay was very knowledgeable of the tasks and walked us through the whole process making sure that we got what we asked for. COMMUNICATION is spot on, he listened to what was needed and kept us up to date on everything throughout the project. Even when we needed to change something Jay was able to work with us. PUNCTUALITY is Jays forte, he told us when he would be here and was always on time. He returned calls promptly and was happy to answer any questions we had. COST is important and Jay gave a very competitive quote and kept in budget. PROFESSIONAL is a word to describe Jay. "Owner Jon McCoy came out when he said he would and looked at what we had and what we wanted to do. He also offered his own suggestions on things that could be done to make it better and more attractive. He gave us a written quote within a couple of days. He later sent his supervisor, David, out to survey the situation, and he made his own suggestions too. Although we had some minor delays and communication issues at first, we are delighted with the final work product. The owner, Jon McCoy, was at the site every day and I know they had other jobs going on at the same time. We also had some rain delays which nobody can control."
