Jay did an outstanding job on the construction of our new deck and screened in porch. The final result was better than we expected. He is professional, meticulous and truly honest. My wife and I really enjoyed getting to know him. I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hard working contractor that does exactly what he says he's going to do. We plan to use him on future projects.

Jay came out and scoped out the projects (replacing wooden stairs/ladder system to the attic). He measured, explained a few options for the job, what parts would be needed, and all the costs and then gave us an estimate for time and cost for each option. When we made our decision on the option, he gave us a timeline for completion. He was very respectful ouf our property, called before he came, and kept us updated throughout. Loved the work he did and would definitely recommend

Jay replaced the outside post and they look better than the original ones. He also repaired the ceiling in the bathroom with sheet rock and painted it back to the original look. Great work by a great guy. I have a new friend!!!

It was an absolute Pleasure working with Wilson Construction. From the first phone call to the initial estimate to the completion. He took the time to come out and meet me . Took the measurements and went over the tear out and rebuild of deck and pergola . I Appreciate that Jay took the time to make us feel comfortable with the build and moving forward with hiring him for the project . He gave a very exact time line . Jay met and exceeded our Expectations . His communication was very well and kept us updated on all aspects of the build . Mr Wilson was very professional and completed the deck build in five days. We discussed all cost up front and expectations about this build. He delivered a great project and with no hidden cost. Jay built a floating dock/pier for us. The quality of the work done is very good. Jay researched the different companies that have floating docks and gave us a detailed proposal/contract. He uses quality materials and was very precise in constructing the dock/pier. He communicated with us throughout the process. He is a true professional in that he kept to his set work schedule and finished ahead of the projected timeline. We are very pleased with the whole project, enjoyed working with him, and highly recommend Jay.

Very polite and friendly. Respectful of time ( in the morning) started promptly @ 7:00 am. each day. Jay worked until deck was completed. Stay on budget and price was reasonable I would highly recommend Jay.

Had a major pool/retaining wall and decking project to be performed. Jay Wilson was always on time and stayed on the project until completed. Jay s pricing for the project was very reasonable and finished within the budget. Jay is very friendly and gave me an honest assessment throughout each step of the project. I got exactly what was requested and what Jay promised to solve my problem.

So what you get with jay Wilson of Wilson renovations. You get the most loyal and honest person you will ever meet. You get a guy who is at your job site by 730 every day and who doesn’t take more than one job so he is all yours when you hire him and he will make you feel special about your project. Jay is not perfect but for my project (70,000 dollar house renovation) the positives of having a loyal guy who cares about what he does heavily outweighs any short fallings he has. Jay asks a lot of questions because he wants to make sure his customer is happy. His pricing is very fair and if he goes over budget his reasons are legitimate. My house went over budget but it’s a 70 year house and we both probably should have known we would run into things. Overall I would hire again and I recommend jay.

After many years, we finally decided to build a deck. We were very hesitant to hire someone due to the cost and risks that one takes when hiring unknown.
