"Very professional....they had done the vinyl siding on our primary home and we were satisfied and so I had them do an entire vinyl siding, gutter, and some window install and also some repair work on the back porch of a rental house. Only snafu was that they forgot to install the shutters on the windows before leaving, but I also forgot about it when inspecting the job. Shutters were onsite but stored in a closet, so we both forgot LOL. They responded immediately and returned by the weekend to finish the job. I would highly recommend this company to do any job small or large that you may have. They also follow up and honor their guarantee....we had a small hole in a piece of our siding at our primary home and a small piece of trim that came loose at the eave of our house...they came and repaired this promptly and no charge."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Our bid specified old roofing and paper would be removed down to the plywood. Home inspector later found rotten plywood on the roof; owner admitted they left existing paper on to give us "two coats of felt". They came back, ripped off new roofing from above the rot and replaced the rot at no charge. Trouble is they didn't bring enough shingles, and spaced them out to cover ... this did not look like a new roof. They came out again, and this time it looked like a new roof ... with torn up siding next to the repaired shingles. "Not my fault: siding's rotten ... I'll fix it. What else can I tell you" (You could have told us about the damage and your plans to correct it but we had to find it first.) Rather than bring them out for a fourth visit we paid a remodeler to replace the damaged siding. Jon tries, but I am not convinced his crew cares nearly enough."

"Roger and his crew did excellent work. Each day started early and worked into the late afternoons (M-F). My project for new vinyl siding took about 12 working days to install that included the chimney exterior wooden structure being rebuilt due to some rot. They also installed two new cypress posts I provided and sealed to replace my older ones (2). Every evening his crew (Roger was on-site every day except for one) put up their equipment and did a clean sweep of the area. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are really enjoying our selection in siding. I would highly recommend using Roger for anyone considering putting siding. He also represents high quality vinyl windows at a very reasonable price, though I had them under contract with another company. Roger was easily accessible via phone and text. "Our home is 41 years old and we have wanted to cover our patio for years. We never could figure out how to do it because of the way the original roof line is configured. We contacted a contractor on Angie's list but he couldn't get to us for several months. We asked if he would recommend someone and he gave us Tony Mills' name and number. We consulted with Tony and he came out and took a look at our situation and we discussed different options. He then brought his framer by and together they designed a roof to cover the patio that upon completion looks like it is original to the house. There were several issues which had to be dealt with; not the least of which was a chimney which diverted water to the wrong place for our new cover. But that was taken care of by some more design work. They really did a great job. Next came the actual building of the cover. The workmen were nothing short of artists with a saw and nail gun and paintbrush and roller. No kidding! We love our new patio cover and could not be happier with Mills Family Properties. The next time we have a job that needs doing, we will definitely call Tony."
