"Very professional....they had done the vinyl siding on our primary home and we were satisfied and so I had them do an entire vinyl siding, gutter, and some window install and also some repair work on the back porch of a rental house. Only snafu was that they forgot to install the shutters on the windows before leaving, but I also forgot about it when inspecting the job. Shutters were onsite but stored in a closet, so we both forgot LOL. They responded immediately and returned by the weekend to finish the job. I would highly recommend this company to do any job small or large that you may have. They also follow up and honor their guarantee....we had a small hole in a piece of our siding at our primary home and a small piece of trim that came loose at the eave of our house...they came and repaired this promptly and no charge."

He then brought his framer by and together they designed a roof to cover the patio that upon completion looks like it is original to the house. There were several issues which had to be dealt with; not the least of which was a chimney which diverted water to the wrong place for our new cover. But that was taken care of by some more design work. They really did a great job. Next came the actual building of the cover. The workmen were nothing short of artists with a saw and nail gun and paintbrush and roller. No kidding! We love our new patio cover and could not be happier with Mills Family Properties.
