"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Josh and Jake arrived on time and evaluated the cause of the leak. The repair involved nailing down and sealing the exhaust cover on the roof. The crew were ready to complete the task immediately. Additionally, they were gracious in refusing to take any payment since it was such a minor fix. Josh did give me an evaluation on the condition of the rest of my roof.
