They have no deck designer or project manager, so after the sale there is no one to manage the project. The sales guy tries to do so but he’s busy making new calls. Furthermore, they don’t use any deck design software, so viewing an elevation in perspective was impossible. Instead, I was given a pencil drawing on brown craft paper and expected to give my approval from that. The result has been that they started the project over a year ago and it is still not complete."
