"Horrible Experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid for shipping both ways; the repair fee; and still could not correct my issue. The "warranty they offer" does not pay for their errors or shipping; therefore I had to pay MORE SHIPPING COSTS. The control board had exactly the same problem as it had prior to spending several hundred dollars with no fix. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Update: the owner contacted me and set an appointment for a technician for call me to trouble shoot the control board they "claimed" to have repaired; and guess what...…nobody called during my appointment time as promised by the owner of the company. The control board still does not work even after they claimed to have repaies it TWICE. The do not return messages sent through their electronic log or return phone calls. AVOID"
