Spoke with Tom on the initial call. He was most professional, provided a quote for the service, and then we set a time for the installation. They were able to come a day early (calling to confirm that would work for me). The refrigerator removal and installation went smoothly. They could not have been polite enough. So pleased I found them on Angie's List!

contacted them to see if they would buy my refrigerator. We exchanged several emails and I sent pictures of my refrigerator. they said they could come out and pick it up between and 8-9pm. we needed the rush because we had a new refrigerator arriving the next day. They were on time. They also had to do extra work by taking off the doors to get it back out of the front door. They called the next day with what was actually wrong with the refrigerator and how much they would pay me for the refrigerator. Our home warranty company could not repair and refunded us apro-rated amount for the old refrigerator We went by their store alter that day and picked up our cash. The store was clean and a variety of things for sale. We dealt with Tom and Jonny the technician. They were very nice. When we replace our washer and dryer with a new set, we plan on contacting them to sell our used set.

Besides the broken handle, the vacuum was working. When I got the vacuum back, there was a belt missing. I brought it back and they charged me again. Then when I got it back the second time it came back clogged up on one side. The vacuum cleaner still does not work. I tried to work it out with them, but they were unwilling to help. They also purchase old vacuum cleaners. They bought 3 from me for $6 each and turned it around for $179. They do not allow you to apply this to your work order either.
