Horrible Experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid for shipping both ways; the repair fee; and still could not correct my issue. The "warranty they offer" does not pay for their errors or shipping; therefore I had to pay MORE SHIPPING COSTS. The control board had exactly the same problem as it had prior to spending several hundred dollars with no fix. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Update: the owner contacted me and set an appointment for a technician for call me to trouble shoot the control board they "claimed" to have repaired; and guess what...…nobody called during my appointment time as promised by the owner of the company. The control board still does not work even after they claimed to have repaies it TWICE. The do not return messages sent through their electronic log or return phone calls. AVOID

I stated we needed a new water filter for our refrigerator. Additionally, I state that our dishwasher was continuously stuck in wash cycle, while on Normal Heated Wash. They stated it would be nearly 2 weeks before a technician could come out. It seemed like a long wait, but if they fixed the problem, it would be worth it. When the repair person showed up, he ran the dishwasher on quick cycle, which worked perfectly fine, as it always had. I told him the only condition it wasn't working under was normal wash, heated. Without any further troubleshooting, he stated the dishwasher needed a new computer board and it would be at least 2 more weeks before he could get the part and once they got the part, they'd call me to schedule another appointment. He hadn't even tried to unplug the dishwasher or reset the system or do any further testing to see isolate the issue. I then expected him to change the water filter on the fridge. He said he didn't bring that part and could install it all together with the new computer board, which would take the 2 weeks for the dishwasher part to get in and then however long their wait is for me to schedule an appointment. At this point I was upset with the service. He called his boss and asked if he could go get the filter and come back and he indicated to his boss that I was upset. His boss called me, but I was on the other line. I asked him if I could call him right back. He said the number he called from wouldn't work to call back on and he'd call me back in 30 minutes, which he never did. I called him twice over the next week to get the price of the computer board prior to moving forward on purchasing it. He did not return my calls. Then almost 3 weeks later, I received a call from Repair Shack stating that my part was in and they'd like to make an appointment. At this point, I had no desire to work with this company, but I was curious as to the price. All together, I was looking at nearly $250 for the part, which is more than half of what I've just paid for a new dishwasher. I told them how upset I was for the lack of troubleshooting and communication. She told me that her boss wanted to speak with me, but I would have to call him. I was beside myself at the idea that he expected me to call him, rather than him calling me. In the end, I did not have them repair the dishwasher. They sent me an invoice, for which they charged me $75 for driving to my house, with no filter, initially, and no troubleshooting to diagnose the problem with the dishwasher. I was stunned. I will never use their services again and will share with others the quality of service I received.

an I found the Repair Shop in an effort to locate a new replacement board which normally sells at around $500 because it's no longer available through the Kitchen Aid Parts Source.  The Repair Shop had a repair service offer on eBay for the repair of said board for $99.99 which is one heck of a bargain.  All I had to do is purchase the service and mail in my defective board.
They repaired my Control Board within a week and had it back in my hands.  I re-installed the board, made all the required connections and through my own fault, I didn't make one correct connection, blew the board out again.
Here is the best part!  I called them and told them what happened and you won't believe this, but they were so nice to tell me that all I needed to do is send them back the board and they'll repair it again at NO Charge!  How often does a company do something as nice as this and not charge you for the service?
I received the Control Board back today and this time I installed it correctly, I now have my Oven back in operation and the Stove controls work like a charm.
They also repair many other Electronic components and control boards, including Laptop Computers and other items which are controlled by "Boards."  I recommend them very highly and will not only use them in the future but also hail their professionalism and integrity to my friends and neighbors!
