They have a helpful and friendly staff. The water softener still works.

Their price is comparable. The guy was right there and tried to help, but he was covering somebody else?s lunch and just was not as knowledgeable. I ended finding the part myself. His professionalism was fine. They keep their work areas clean. I would refer a friend to them.

I needed to replace 9 large double-hung windows. The price was great, and the installation went very well. However, on the day of installation, I noticed that the windows did not have tempered glass in the lower pane, as code required, and as we discussed when we were drawing up the contract. I raised the problem with the installer, who said he would address it. When we didn't hear anything from Lowe's for a couple of months, I made several attempts to contact the window department at the store and the manager in charge of window installation (David Pierce). I never received a response to any of my calls. I would like to continue working with Lowe's on my window replacement needs, but unfortunately I can't trust them anymore.

It went great. We had a good experience.

The initial install seemed to go okay. Some of the product was damaged when it was opened by installer but he went to his shop and picked up replacement pieces. While the main installer was gone, they put post in wrong location and had to be removed and started over. It was still getting fixed so I would say it was going okay. The issue came when they were finished, one of the post was loose. The installer left me a note that he would be back to try to get it to tighten up. I contacted him several times but he never showed back up. I started calling Lowe's to work with their installer team. They seem to care and said they would send someone out to look at it. But it took 3 or 4 calls to get someone. Of course this person showed up while I was gone (they didn't give me any notice they were coming out). I finally had to call them back to see what was going to be done. They said they would schedule to have installer come back out. Finally got a phone call that he would be back out. Well it was raining the day he was to come so I assumed he wouldn't be there but I stuck around. I was correct but didn't get any calls to say that was the case. As of this writing he has never rescheduled. The same rail when you look at it is crooked, slightly. So it was installed in May and as of this writing in August it still has not be fixed.

They did what they said they were going to do. Their installer was prompt, and they cleaned up their mess. I had a good experience with them, and I would use them again.

I was very happy with the experience overall. I did a lot of research on flooring and bamboo and knew exactly what I wanted. Lowes didn't have the bamboo we wanted in stock, but found it for us and ordered it at a decent price. It took several weeks to come in, but we weren't in a hurry. The installer, contracted to Lowes, kept in touch before the job, showed up when he was supposed to, worked till it was done and did a beautiful job. Two months hard use and there's not a mark on the floor. It still looks great.

a gEverthing went fine. They were out of stock on 2 of the appliances and had to wait a few weeks for them to come in. The two that were in stock were installed and the other 2 were delivered and installed when they came in. They did a good job and they are still working fine.

I had to have all the flooring in my house ripped out and replaced due to a water problem. The job went fairly well. I had the same installer and he installed ceramic tile vinyl type flooring and hardwood flooring. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. I had over 2400 sq. feet of hardwood flooring that had to be replaced. It is an older home and the walls are not square, and I know that the installer got frustrated but he stuck with it and got it done. Overall, I was very pleased.
