Insulation guys were great but the windows are horrible. They let cold air in worse than our old windows. We called them and they finally came out and put a little strip of Insulation on them and they still let in cold air and whistle when the wind blows. We have called and left messages and no calls back. I wouldn't recommend Rolox windows to anyone. Paid around 1000$ per window and still cold air comes in. Never again.

After doing a lot of research on windows and meeting with several top companies. I decided to go with Rolox Home Service. I am so glad I did. I have to give Mad props to Rolox Home Service and the team. I met with John Gaffney back on 12/31 to order my windows he was awesome to work with. He told me then my windows would be about 12-14 weeks out and they came in early at 11 weeks. The guys who came out to install were Brian, Jed, & Connor. They were on time, friendly & did a phenomenal job with my windows. I could not be happier. The Windows are awesome they have already made a huge difference in the house and look great. The quality of Windows, Warranties, Sales, Service, & Installers are top notch 2nd to none. The owner David came out the day of installation just to make sure everything was getting done correctly and to check in to make sure I was happy with the windows. You just can't beat that for service. I can't wait for my new Patio Door. I would Highly Recommend. 5 Star service for sure.

I contacted Rolox Home Service to replace my roof, gutters and some wood rot. They had to work within a tight deadline and were amazing. They promptly came out to do an inspection, determine the work that needed to be done, and they also worked with the company I was refinancing through to make sure that everything was done correctly. Their crews were kind, courteous and got the job done on time and thoroughly cleaned up my yard and landscaping. I plan on having them come back in the future to paint my house. I can't say enough good things about my contact person and crews.

We were impressed by the quality of their windows. The salesman took time to explain and demonstrate everything. We had the windows installed yesterday, they brought in extra crew to finish the install before it rained. They were very efficient and got it all done. We have already noticed differences in the amount of noise and temperature swings in our house. They called this morning to make sure there were no issues with the windows. Would definitely use them again.

It went very well I would have them do more work . And tell my friend friends.

window replacement

I replaced 22 original windows on my house built in the 1940's. I wanted brown on the outside and wood grain in the inside. They have several color choices which the other companies I looked at did not have available. The windows are absolutely beautiful. Improved the look of my house and I already notice a savings in my utility bills. The salesman was nice and the crew was great. they put in 22 windows in one day and did a fabulous job. So glad I did this.

Timely and efficient. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating, answering all our questions.

Crew was great. Scheduling was a bit of a nightmare but we also had a lot of bad weather (mainly rain) that may have caused the delay. If it wasn't for scheduling (which may have been due to weather) would have given A rating. This is second house I've used Rolox to replace windows.

A really professional job. Workers showed up on time and stayed on the job until it was finished. From the first meeting with the sales representative to completion of the project Rolox performed as promised. I will definitely consult Rolox for any future projects.

It went surprisingly well. The crew they sent was absolutely fantastic. The windows were terribly rotted when the crew showed up, with the wood surrounding the windows also being extremely rotted. I told them what my possible fears were, and they showed up very well prepared. One of the windows was huge, I thought it would be a 4 man job but they sent 2 guys and they had it completed in less than 2 hours. They made the job look so easy! The crew and sales people I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I already plan on hiring them again. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of their work, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had all the windows and gutters replaced in our home that was built in 1855. The weather over this November 2019 holiday was 45 to 55 mph winds and lots of rain and sleet, and our home sits on top of hill. No one realized it was raining nor did we hear any of the wind(no leaks and no whistling wind coming through)!! The new gutters and downspouts held up to the elements and then some (guards and larger downspouts handled the rain and it actually drained to the downspout even with the leaf guard). The home holds the temperature exceptionally well with the new windows and the added bonus of a lot less noise. The entire experience was amazing from sales to the project manager to the on-site crews to the accounts dept and the several change orders that I had during the initial part of the process. These people are TOP NOTCH, and you won’t find a better contractor. I also had a porch roof repaired and no leaks with this blowing rain. I also added the Fascia & Soffit coverings in hopes that when I was ready for the home to have new siding it would be easier. The home has unique architectural details and all the crews were mindful of these details, and never hesitated to ask questions about how I would like to proceed. I greatly appreciate all the hard work these crews did and their attention to the details, impressive group of people. I look forward to working with them in the future!

It was very good, they did it in quick passion, there was a minor problem when the work was done but they are easy deal with. The customer service people are very easy to speak with, any questions I had are all answered, easy to understand terms
