M&M was upper middle of the pack total price out of the 4 bids we fielded, we pulled the trigger with Cliff 1.) Upfront leg work, literally one bid we got was hand written on some dirty notebook paper, another was only slightly more presentable than that. Cliff invested so much time in answering our questions, provided outstanding visual renderings with a professional proposal, timeline matrix & draw schedule. 2.) Track record, we were able to visit a current project M&M had ongoing at the time of our decision making, excellent references from most recent projects. 3.) At the end of our wonderful project experience , Cliff came back & announced that we came in under his projections, handed our final draw check back & had us write it $1,500 less...While we would have been happy to pay it, the honesty & integrity this Company exudes is likely few & far between in this sector.
