"We first hired Top Down/Dylan when we saw him at three of our neighbors homes. He was able to give me a quote very quickly for biweekly lawn maintenance. After years of mowing the yard ourselves, we?re so happy not to! Dylan shows up when he says he will and completes the work efficiently. "I needed a full yard cleanup I clouding runs to the dump for random junk piled up on my property. Paul was meticulous and not only hauled the junk, but also made my lawn and garden absolutely beautiful! I use him for biannual clean up and weekly lawn maintenance.
