"Excellent people. Very knowledgeable, hard working with great attention to detail. Removed weeds and added a lot of topsoil to insure front yard was level prior to laying down sod. "We first hired Top Down/Dylan when we saw him at three of our neighbors homes. He was able to give me a quote very quickly for biweekly lawn maintenance. After years of mowing the yard ourselves, we?re so happy not to! Dylan shows up when he says he will and completes the work efficiently. Paying him is a breeze whether I use cash or the link that he sends. In addition to mowing he offers other yard/lawn maintenance services like setting up a watering system or reseeding the grass. "For over a year Paul Kasper has maintained my yard and has done an excellent job. Once a week Paul comes by and mows the lawn, edges the side walk and drive way, weeds the lawn and trims the trees when needed. It has been great to have someone so conscientious working on my yard.
