Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
Cody was fantastic. We hired him to do some work my backyard workshop. He had to replace both doors and a small garage door. His work was excellent and precise. Not only is he professional, he was easy to talk to and explained everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend him !! Just good people !! Thanks for everything Cody!

I have used Cody for about 5 or 6 different projects from shelving to door installation to a bathroom remodel to adding a new door that was once a window. Each time he has done wonderful work. He's very thorough and always does what he says he will do. He's on time and communicates with me about any and all projects about expectations and makes sure he completes what I am looking for. It is refreshing in this day and age to find someone to trust to do these jobs in your home. I highly recommend Cody to friends and family.

Cody did an awesome job repairing my high impact oversize metal door. Frame was separated from the stationary glass panel section. Response time was great. He kept me updated on this trip the next day. He was prompt on calling back the next day with other services we discussed. [Most people takes a few days or until you, the customer call them back.] He was pleasant, courteous and very professional. Price was reasonable. Heâ s most definitely in my contacts now as the number one person to call for future repairs and projects. Thank you Cody.

Cody was absolutely a dream to work with. He was quick to get my project scheduled and as professional as they come. He took out basic metal shelving and built custom shelves for my pantry! Such a great experience and will definitely be hiring him for projects in the future!

Cody was hired to transform our laundry room from an old, beat-up storage room into something modern and classy. The results were spectacular. He was punctual, put in extra hours to meet his deadline, and charged a fair price. He was able to take my vision for the room and make it real. There were a few small workmanship issues, but they were minor and likely attributable to a new helper he had brought on. Overall, we are very happy with the work and have been enjoying our brand-new room.

We had two doors framed and installed, custom shelves made and installed and cedar shake replaced on the outside of our house. All the work is excellent. The custom shelves look amazing. We highly recommend Cody. All work was also performed on time and at cost.

Cody is a true professional. I had a big ugly window unit built into the wall of my house, and after having a mini split installed I wanted it removed. Cody let me know what my options were, took all his required measurements and when the window came in he installed it. My house looks so much better as a result. If you're in the Wilmington/Hampstead area, this is the man you need to hire for your home renovation/repair project. Professionals of his caliber are few and far between these days.

I reached out to Cody based upon the reviews that I saw online. Was very happy with the services. He removed and replaced some facing on our porch as well as replaced boards/repair stairs that were worn out. He was very professional, reliable and prompt. Cody was recommended by a friend for installation of an exterior door and two storm doors. He was very professional did a great job installing my doors. He cleaned up and removed old doors when job was complete. I would definitely recommend him for any job. I will be having him come back for other repairs that I need in my house.

I hired Cody to install sliding barn doors for my bathroom in my vacation home on figure 8. I sent him a few pictures of different styles I liked and he was easily able to recreate a blend of the pictures while adding his own personal touch. Hand built and hand stained, they are just as beautiful as they are functional. He was very punctual and polite. I would definitely recommend Cody to any of my family members or neighborhood friends. Cody was recommended to me by my mother in law, he had done some work for her at a home they purchased sight unseen. My project included â ¢removing old toilets â ¢replacing with new toilets â ¢removing an old bath tub and capping the related plumbing â ¢removing an old vanity â ¢installing a new vanity â ¢removing/replacing 2 exterior doors and locks â ¢remove/replacing a kitchen faucet I am 7.5 month pregnant, alone for an extended period, and we live rurally, however I was totally comfortable with Cody in my home. He is extremely respectful, cleans up after himself as he goes, and works at a quick pace. There was not a moment where I questioned his skill or workmanship. He will 100% be my first call when I need help with another slew of projects!
