"Fantastic company!! Excellent customer service! I had three Anderson windows that had rotted wood at the bottoms. I was devastated since I was putting my house on the market. I was referred to Paul the owner from a mutual friend and I couldn't be more ecstatic. They ordered the sashes and Paul kept me updated on the arrival. When they arrived on Friday Paul himself came out on Saturday to install. We had an open house that next day!! He really went the extra mile for me and I will be forever grateful. From beginning to end such a great experience doing business with them!! I would highly recommend to friends and family! God bless you on a job well done!!"

A miscommunication ultimately led to offense being taken, and he abruptly discontinued work via text without notice to my surprise. "At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."
