They performed smoke test from septic opening; have since learned it’s suppose to be performed via roof vents so my money was wasted. Plumber failed to arrive for appt. I was never called to tell me his truck broke down. He repaired toilet, however 3 days later we discovered it was leaking so I called the owner again but no return call. 6 hours later plumber calls to tell me he’d be here to make repair in couple hours. Told him I made the repair & toilet no longer leaking. He said he’d order a new part & 2 weeks later I haven’t heard from him. If you want septic pumped this company is ok but if you value good customer service & trust plumbing will be done right the first time this company fails to meet those requirements. Would be hesitant to recommend Cooter Plumbing"
