Septic system and hot water tank went out same day. Shane was out the next morning, fixed the septic that day and installed new hot water tank the following day. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend

He explained what he was doing and the problems he looked for. He was friendly, worked quickly and did the job with no problems.

Quick response to my appt needs. Buddy was on time, kept very organized, replaced 2 toilets and an outdoor water faucet. Made zero messes, took all trash away, and was conscientious about going in and out. Now that weâ ve been using the new appliances, all working great. We are extremely pleased. Plus, we have found a new plumber for our future needs. GREAT COMPANY!

Got here ahead of time, found the problem, and had a fix installed VERY quickly. This is the second time this guy has been here and he has been incredible both times. Price has been excellent each time. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I hired them for clean out if septic and I also hired them you all read the pipes out it was supposed to come on a Friday the clean-out they never showed up didn't call or anything they were supposed to come out on Monday did you do the clean out the auger of the pipes they never showed they never called I called them to find out what was wrong and why they never showed they said oops sorry we can do you next Wednesday their overall customer satisfaction I rate is 0 the receptionist for them never apologized once shenever tried to rectify the problem she act like I was an inconvenience to her and her company I would never use them again I do not recommend them to anyone

This is an amazing company ran by an amazing family. Their #1 priority is you. They have made several calls to our home, as quickly as they could. Always go above and beyond to fix our plumbing problems. Always appreciate them.

Would not hire this company. Totally botched my kitchen water lines. Hooked my spare shower backwards. Did not finish hooking the drain line for the dishwasher. Sorry I hired them.

Had septic cleaned & that was excellent. Also hired Cooter Plumbing to perform smoke test & fix a toilet. Owner never returns calls. Extremely poor customer service. They performed smoke test from septic opening; have since learned it’s suppose to be performed via roof vents so my money was wasted. Plumber failed to arrive for appt. I was never called to tell me his truck broke down. He repaired toilet, however 3 days later we discovered it was leaking so I called the owner again but no return call. 6 hours later plumber calls to tell me he’d be here to make repair in couple hours. Told him I made the repair & toilet no longer leaking. He said he’d order a new part & 2 weeks later I haven’t heard from him. If you want septic pumped this company is ok but if you value good customer service & trust plumbing will be done right the first time this company fails to meet those requirements. Would be hesitant to recommend Cooter Plumbing

They did a great job on letting us know when they would be arriving since there was a delay. Faucet replacement was quick and he explained why we had a problem in the past. Drain cleanout went well and again we were given good information on what caused the problem and how to address it in the future.

Customer service rating is lower due to a mix up on scheduling the installation, which resulted in a two week delay. The work and the people were very professional and efficient. Costs were reasonable.
