"I am very sorry about your experience. This is not how we do business, at all. These types of situations are not known to me unless we get a phone call or see a review. All I see right now is that we did an estimate? I will need more information from you and will contact you in the next day or two when I can question the plumber who went out. I am going to get to the bottom of this. Very rarely do we ever get complaints, especially like this. This has been almost a year since we were out to the property and never heard anything from you until now. I can assure you we would have taken care of the situation had we known earlier that there was a problem. The total charge was $212.79 to clean out two drains plus tax. I would like to help with this complaint, but would like to know why we weren't aware of a problem until now. Being that long ago, the plumber may not even remember what happened as we have several calls per day. I would like to discuss this with you and try to do what I can to resolve the problem.
