Workers did a great job. They worked until the job was done, and they did it quickly. Gave 4 stars because our mold test came back positive for mold and we had to pay for the mold retest when they said we did not have to pay for it.

We had Restoration Services perform indoor mold testing in our home. They got our results back in 2 days and immediately tore out the walls. This company finished, re-tested to confirm their work!! Great company, great people.

I hired Restoration Services to inspect an odor issue in my basement. They tested the air and surfaces and determined that we had mold. They remediated the mold and then performed post testing to confirm. The mold was completely completely gone. I feel very comfortable that our mold issue has been resolved.

To me this is somewhat like a restoration and recovery service after a fire. They inventoried contents in my home, cleaned and stored what they could, and will return it into the home when it is time. Joe and Shawna are personable, very knowledgeable about their work, able to lay out the scope of their business and responsibilities so you can understand. I'm not sure of price comparison to other groups that do this work. My opinion they threw away things I would have kept but you can work with them closer than I did.
