"New concrete patio work was done very well. With the old patio, we used to have severe flooding in the basement every time it rained, but the new patio has fixed it to drain out and away from the house. We did run into a couple communication issues. The pandemic delayed the start of the project by about 6 months after we had already paid the deposit. The owner Mark helped us resolve, which was much appreciated. The crew cleaned up well and helped fix the fence too. We're glad the new patio fixed the flooding."

"From the start, Tom was very responsive and communicated very well.  He had great ideas for our yard but also listened to our ideas as well.  After coming up with a plan and a price estimate, we signed the contract and started finalizing the details. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure that the products we were choosing were what we wanted and even came back to the house multiple times to review details before ordering the stone.  One of the best things that Tom did was to show us how some different options would change the costs, because it let us choose which "extras" we wanted to pay extra for.  
Once the materials arrived (the stone had to be custom ordered), the work was scheduled and started on time.  Tom and his crew were prompt and worked hard to get the job done once it was started.  There were a couple of very minor weather delays, but those were completely understandable given the rains we have had this spring, and Tom stayed in close communication the entire time.
We will certainly use Signature Landscape Design again if we add more landscaping/hardscaping to the back yard in the future, and I will be recommending them to our friends and family as well."

"Steve ******* and ‘my crew’ of Jodi, Bob, and Allen at Easter Fence did amazing work rebuilding the balcony and repairing of the adjoining walls at my condominium. I had searched for many months for a contractor willing to tackle the job. This included coordinating with the owner above me who also hired Easter to do his balcony. From the beginning Steve gave very quick responses and kept me informed. There were many road blocks to work around and multiple people and organizations to please for both him and the crew . Despite many distractions including a multitude of annoying squirrels, my hovering over their work and many people passing by, the crew stayed focused on getting the work done and getting it done right. They worked as if they were doing it for friends, family or working on their own home. From start to finish they were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew was very considerate of the neighbor below me and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience to him. (He made a point of telling me how much he appreciated it.) Other compliments have been received. That includes the neighbor who yelled across the easement from his perfect patio on how nice it looked, and one of my relatives who now wants to redo their deck. This was a job well done and worth every penny. My belief is it has added to the value of my home and also believe I will not need to replace it again. "Cityscapes is a excellent company to work with. We had a very labor intensive landscape job that need to be done in a part of our yard that had a wash out area. It was going to need several yards of dirt that had to be wheelbarrowed up a steep hill all done by hand, hill was to steep for machinery to be used. Also needed two skids of sod to be brought up the hill. Chris ( the owner) was there the whole time to make sure all went well.
