I researched awnings and installers serving the Lake area before I sat down with Dave to discuss the site specifics and Innovativeâ s offerings. Dave took the time to lay out options, the proâ s and cons of the different companies they represent, and then he gave me helpful advice as to awning length and width to both meet my goals and save some money. I always felt I was getting experienced counsel that was in my best interest. The time until installation was faster than I expected, and the installation went smoothly. I had explained my concerns about the need for a rock solid installation because of periodic high winds, and Dave revised his normal install plans to increase the strength of the awningâ s mounting to the roof trusses. "It went very well. Tom did a great job designing a patio I never would have imagined in an otherwise useless area of our yard, helping to make more of our property functional.
