This was a big deal purchase. I never heard back from them. I think he was upset because I wanted an idea of what to do and he said it was like a blank canvas. I said I wanted some ideas of what to do so I know where to start and what I should do first so I don't have to pull something out and redo it or something. He asked if I would be doing the work myself and I don't know if I said most of it, or what, but I don't think he liked that so he never called me back or anything. He was interested in getting more business than just the design. All he did was come out here, but he did not do anything for me. I got no value for it; it was a waste of my time. I guess he was on time. It is not very professional not to complete your business but he did not act unprofessional when I talked to him.
He called me and set up a time to come out to see what needed to be done.
We scheduled an agreeable time and they showed up as promised.
My yard looks wonderful. Their service was well worth the money spent.
I think they went above and beyond. His crew was even pleasant to my noisy, demanding
neighbor.
Tom followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the job.
I would definitely use them again.

"I reviewed the plans that I designed for you. Both plans were identical except for the second one had a water feature added to the design. You told me that you liked the first plan that I did for you, so I didn't change it up except for adding the pond. The design took up pretty much of your entire back yard and not squeezed into a corner. I am wondering if you have my design confused with some other design. This doesn't make sense to me."
"Sorry, that you were not satisfied. Had I known at the time I would have corrected anything that you were not satisfied with. Six months after the work is done you are now letting me know. We gave you a proposal that said &585.00 for mulch and that labor for over the 8hrs you paid for would be invoiced at $45.00 per hour. Part of this work included doing some grading and removing some high soil that was along you foundation. This was spelled out on the proposal and you agreed to it. Your invoice was for $980.00. Yes this was higher than the $299.00 for 8hrs of work. You needed a full day of work with 3 men. Next time you hire someone and you are not satisfied, take the time to let your contractor know. If they are reputable I am sure they would work with you to fix the situation."
