With the old patio, we used to have severe flooding in the basement every time it rained, but the new patio has fixed it to drain out and away from the house. We did run into a couple communication issues. The pandemic delayed the start of the project by about 6 months after we had already paid the deposit. The owner Mark helped us resolve, which was much appreciated. The crew cleaned up well and helped fix the fence too. We're glad the new patio fixed the flooding."

"Cityscapes is a excellent company to work with. We had a very labor intensive landscape job that need to be done in a part of our yard that had a wash out area. It was going to need several yards of dirt that had to be wheelbarrowed up a steep hill all done by hand, hill was to steep for machinery to be used. Also needed two skids of sod to be brought up the hill. Chris ( the owner) was there the whole time to make sure all went well. "The owner Mike and his team headed by James were terrific! We noticed a huge crack in our house and called out 4 different companies. Each had a different solution. We then called out a structural engineer to evaluate the situation. Atlas Foundation was proposing exactly what the engineer suggested. Their proposal was also more complete and even included putting our decorative patio back to it's original condition, When work was scheduled, the team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property. I hope we never have to have this type of work again, but if we do, I would definitely call Atlas Foundation."
