Once it was down, we realized we needed to look for a solution that would give the shade we needed. After researching several solutions, we called Innovative Shade Solutions to talk about an awning. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective.
