The crew cleaned old mortar from existing bricks and reused all that were salvageable. Did not rush the job, and left the area clean afterwards. Owner stayed in communication throughout the project, immediately notified me when there would be a delay due to circumstances beyond his control (weather, staff out sick). After they were done, besides the cuts in the sheetrock, you could not tell they had been there. The 5 holes in my yard were perfect rectangles and they carried off the excess dirt.
