"We had a leak coming in through a side window and found out it had damaged the framing behind the siding. I called Pro Home Exteriors and they were great from start to finish. They removed the old siding, fixed the framing properly, and put up new siding that blends in perfectly with the original. You’d never know anything was replaced. Super impressed with the work. "The sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable about windows and doors.  When i emailed him to let him know we chose them, he called back pretty quickly on a Saturday and came by in a couple hours to do the paperwork.  The installation went well and the workers were professional and courteous.  We did find a tear in one screen a day later.  They responded quickly to repair it and the field supervisor found another install issue when assessing the screens, that was not done to "the standards of Window World".  They fixed this issue the following week.  Overall a fine process and we are enjoying the new windows, which make the house look much better from the street.
