"When I found out my chimney siding was Masonite (who the heck knows why someone would use that on the exterior )! I changed the scope to replace the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone bids to replace the siding on the entire chimney when I save up the money required."

The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been.
