We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. After asking questions to determine exactly what we had tried prior to his arrival he determined the best course of action was not to try and use the snake directly down the sink, but into the PVC line in the basement leading outside. It took awhile before he cleared out the clog in the line, making sure nothing leaked out onto our basement floor.
