Excellent! From the first meeting with Tyler Looney I was completely at ease with the project plans- four room’s needed repairs and replacement. Tyler was recommended to by another contractor I’ve used frequently and he lived up to the recommendation. My house was a disaster after two plumbing floods back to back.Tyler was in constant contact to keep me informed n things. I felt totally comfortable turning over my house key and letting him get to work. I appreciated that Tyler shared video of work that helped explain a problem they ran into. He provided options and recommendations that helped me make good choices. I will definitely hire Tyler again if ever needed. The floors are beautiful!

They were great start to finish. They tore out my tile in the kitchen, then blended in with my existing wood floor. Sanded and stained them to match and you can’t even tell where they join the new with the existing wood floor.

Everything went great the guys installed the floor very good and in a very timely manner everything was very professional I'd recommend them to anybody they do great work I definitely would hire them again

Floors were stripped of poor standing from a mahogany and back to a natural floor. They also replaced some areas of hardwood that were damaged. Floors look beautiful! I love the floors and the great crew!

Tyler and Josh did an excellent job! They were quick, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and overall went above and beyond. The finished job was excellent quality and made me feel like I was living in a brand new house. I am so happy with my new floors, and I will definitely be calling them for any future flooring services.

Tyler and his crew were courteous and respectful while completing the job. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring we could use to replace the carpet and tile on our second floor suite. We settled on engineered wood for the main area and vinyl plank in the bathroom, which worked perfectly for our budget. The carpet removal and flooring installation was quick and smooth, and the finish product was perfectly seemless. The space looks incredible now! Tyler is EXCELLENT and would highly recommend. We had to let go of another hardwood flooring contractor and Tyler stepped in and saved the entire project for us. He understood exactly what we wanted as far as the hardwoods and style....and did not rush us at all. We are hoping he also creates us a table once we are finished with the second hardwood installation project. He is prompt and trustworthy. Thank you Tyler for saving our home remodeling project!

Beyond expectations! Tyler and his crew delivered on everything they promised. Communication and it’s accuracy was spot on with regard to timeline and work. The outcome was spectacular. We ripped out two rooms that had carpet and finished the entire main floor in red oak hardwood flooring. The art of feathering the new with the old is truly a craft and Quality Floors is a group of craftsmen. Tyler has truly restored our faith in this younger generation willingness to work hard and proved great value in a job well done. These guys are great. Their work was fast, clean, and exceptional. They are very professional. I ran a bit short on materials because I tried to do it myself and ruined some of the flooring. They came back at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again.
