I interviewed another contractor and decided that I wanted to hire Sam. However, my husband hadn't met him yet, so Sam made the trip back to our house to go over the job with my husband. Sam and his team did quality work and Sam communicated with me throughout the process. He was at our house, when he said he would be and kept his word from the beginning of this process. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"
