"I found this company thru Home Advisors seemed they had good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. They replaced my pool liner and it looks great. They did it in a timely fashion and were always available to answer all my questions. I had them fix some equipment issues I had while they were there and now its like I have a new pool. I would use them again and recommend to friends or family."

"I was having a new roof put on my house, so NEEDED my pool closed. My regular pool guy was to be here the day before and was MIA. Ernest was willing to come after hours the same day I called to help me out! I was so appreciative, and he was very kind and prices were very fair."

"Neal was a very courteous professional person. On his first visit quickly diagnosed the problem based on the information I provided him but also did a thorough check on everything else. He gave me an estimate on how much my new part would cost timeline it would take to get there charge for labor. He was very upfront and there was not any hidden fees. My part got in early and he called to set up a time. He was there on schedule, fixed me quickly and the cost was spot on the estimate. I will use again when my spa requires maintenance and repairs.

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Professionals prevent misalignment, ensure sturdy construction, and save time by handling complex instructions.

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.

Costs depend on material quality, labor rates, and additional features like lighting or custom finishes.

The longest part of building a custom home is the design phase. It takes multiple professionals and a ton of work to bring your vision for your dream home to life while sticking to a homebuilding budget and also ensuring everything is built to code. Expect the design phase for a custom home build to take six months to a year.
